These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on lumieredubois.fr, operated by LumièreDuBois.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Shipping to metropolitan France is free. LumièreDuBois reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Orders are confirmed upon full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. LumièreDuBois reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) or Apple Pay via the secure Stripe platform. The charge is made at the time of order confirmation.
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery time is 7 to 14 business days for metropolitan France.
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18), you have 14 days from receipt to return your product without justification. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French civil law.
Personal data collected is necessary for processing your order. It is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
