• Carrier: Tracking included — you'll receive a tracking number by email

• Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco (fees calculated at checkout)

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days after receipt to return your product, no questions asked.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
• Refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product

Damaged product?

If your clock arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
